Hi there, I’m Amy. I’m a wife and a mum to three incredible humans—and while that’s my heart and home, you’re probably here to learn a little more about what I do on the professional front!

I’m a national professional speaker, facilitator, author, and accredited Coaching Practitioner, and I’ve spent over a decade walking alongside people —young and old—as they navigate the messy, beautiful work of being human.

Whether I’m speaking to a room full of students, parents, educators, or corporate teams, my mission is always the same: to create space for real connection, honest conversation, and meaningful change. I speak with heart, humour, and honesty—inviting both reflective silence and those laugh-out-loud moments that remind us just how deeply human we all are.

You may have seen me live on ABC News, The Project (Channel 10), Today Tonight (Channel 7), or featured in CLEO Magazine, Head 2Head, Offspring, The Sunday Times, or The Australian Online. I was honoured to serve as the official Ambassador for Mental Health Week in WA, and am pretty proud that I was nominated for Australian Education and Leadership’s Most Positive Role Model of the Year.

My work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and connection—blending lived experience, evidence-based tools, and a lot of real, unfiltered conversation. Because I believe the greatest impact we can have comes not from being perfect, but from being human.

If you’re looking for a speaker, facilitator, mc or someone to bring heart and humour into your space—I’d love to connect and I’m glad you’re here.

Let’s create something meaningful together that changes the lives of those in the room!

Amy xx
